logged in users should be able to create their own rooms and invite friends over
anybody having a valid ticket (token) can access anonymously

Implemented, deployed.
Logged-in user now has create world option, that creates a private, temporary world from template. After creation, user is redirected to new location that shows only one portal. It's up to the user to share the URL by other means.
